Our Process

We have several prefab suppliers around the world and solicit a bid from each of them. We will list out the pro and cons for each bid, but our client will ultimately choose which bid to accept.

We will broker the deal with the supplier. This means we will handle the contracts, purchase, and organizing the logistics of your project. We work with our clients from beginning to end.

We design projects using templates and systems we already have in place. Our projects are designed to fit our client's needs such as budget, size, and construction process.

We can accommodate all finishing materials and specifications in our projects. From exterior siding to bathroom tiles.

Feasibility Analysis

In order to start building a prefab home, first, we require our clients to provide as much information as possible regarding the project.

  • Site characteristics: view corridors, weather exposure, and seasonal conditions, etc.
  •  Assessors map and the site survey
  •  Recorded and other use restrictions (easements, dedications)
  •  Description of existing conditions of site including previous uses, existing structures, and underground improvements
  •  Site photos perpendicular to each property line (usually four), and looking in each direction from the center of the building pad.
  •  Grading, earthwork, site access, and/or staging constraints, seasonal moratoriums, and erosion control requirements.

    The Design Process

Based on your input and information about your site, we assemble the home design using components from our extensive library of predesigned elements: kitchen and bathroom layouts, master bedroom suites, entryways, connectors, porches, etc. These elements integrate seamlessly with the platforms, saving significant time and expense.

    Production Process

In the factory, your prefab home is being built.

  • First, the building gets framed.
  • Rough finishes and utilities are installed at the same time.
  • The interior (kitchen, bathroom) gets completed.
  • The finished home is wrapped up to be shipped.

    Why Choose Us?
    Network of Suppliers

We can help building your prefab anywhere in the world. We can provide clients with relatively accurate estimates of costs early in the process by different suppliers in various locations.

    Transparency Pricing

Our fees are fixed and transparent. You will always get the pro-forma before any work has started. Once we agree upon the costs, we will issue an invoice and contract to start working.

    Streamlined Timeline

From the production of the prefab home, the timeline is usually 30 days to complete. Depending on where our client and supplier are located, the delivery time is usually 35-90 days.

    House Quotation

Send us your own floor plan for quotation or alternatively, if you do not have the plan, we can make a floor plan for you. Our engineers need architectural drawings to make an accurate calculation.

    Building Standards

We can supply ISO & CE certificates, test reports, SGS & BV certificates as your support document from the manufacturers. Since building standards varies depending on country, most of our clients get approval by themselves.

    Logistics

We can handle the transportation for you if you provide us the sea port the house materials will be delivered to. We can ask our preferred shipping partner the cost of the container.
