Modular construction homes are pieced together on location. Modular homes are made up of pre-assembled pieces or ‘modules’ that go together like building blocks. The modules are then transported by flatbed trucks to the homeowner’s vacant lot and assembled as a unit on top of a foundation. We are unique considering we don’t just specialize in one style of home, but we are open to building any floor plans that you can dream up.
